The State Street Corridor Area Specific Plan was updated this past August to include a zoning enforcement chapter that outlines the City’s enforcement of neighbors visions. The revised Plan was approved by the City Commission in July of 2015 and is now part of the Master Plan of the City of Grand Rapids.
